PURPOSE:To obtain a processed seasoning suitable for business use, etc., having excellent handleability by adding a small amount of a gelatinizing agent to a specific seasoning solution and making the solution in a liquid state and gelatinize at <= a given temperature. CONSTITUTION:A stock obtained by extracting one or more of dried fish, dried small sardines, animal meat, seaweed, mushroom, etc., or prepared by blending is mixed with a seasoning such a soy sauce to give a seasoning solution, which is blended with a small amount of a gelatinizing agent comprising gelatin and agar as main components to give the objective processed seasoning which is liquid at normal temperature and is gelatinized at <=10 deg.C. |
