PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized die having a simple structure even when the lamination number of resin layers increase. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of cylindrical feed blocks 28a-28e are laminated on a cylindrical die head 25 and the boss 29 fixing the feed blocks is fitted to the die head 25 and a vertically movable core 26 is inserted in the die head 25 and the boss 29 to form a lower resin passage 27 by the die head 25 and the core 26 and the upper resin passage 35 connected to the lower resin passage 27 is formed by the boss 29 and the feed blocks 28a-28e. Annular resin passages 33a-33e are formed between the feed blocks by the boss 29 and the feed blocks 28a-28e and the passages 32a-32e allowing the annular resin passages, the upper resin passage 35 and extruders 31a-31e to communicate with each other are formed.
