ELECTRIC DUST COLLECTING FILTER

PURPOSE:To easily hold the winding state of a film-shaped electrode comprising an electrode layer and an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:A core body 25 is erected on a frame plate 21 including openings (a1). A film-shaped electrode 20 is wound around the core body 25. The electrode 20 is prepared by laminating an electrode layer 19 and an insulating layer and an air passage (a) is formed between both layers. Side plates 24 are formed from the periphery of the frame plate 21 so as to be foldable. The side plates 24 are folded along the periphery of the plate 21 to cover the sides of the electrode 20. The folded state of the side plates 24 is held by a covering body 27. As a result, dust collecting electrodes can be easily assembled.
