PURPOSE:To provide the compact constitution of a device for length, to dispense with a watertreatment and sludge treatment and to prevent phosphor infiltration from occurring in continuous wire drawing. CONSTITUTION:SUJ2 steel forms a lubricating film through KB5O8.4H2O and SUS440C steel forms a lubricating film through KHSi2O5 to be drawn with a continuous wire drawing device provided with a straightening device 11, a shot blast 13, a high frequency heating device 15, an inorgaic salt sticking tank 17 to contain water-soluble inorganic salt solution in a heat insulating state, a wire raising device 19, blower 21, a hot air blowing pipe 23 and a wire drawing die device 25 with a die box between a supply stand 1 and winding device 3. Lubricating film treatment with KB5O8.4H2O+Na2B4O7.10H2O is applied to SCM435 steel and with K2-SO4 to SUSXM7 solution heat treatment material to forge a socket bolt. Wire surface roughness is limited to Rz<=20mum in descaling. |
