PURPOSE:To obtain eggroll effective for preventing geriatric diseases, having controlling action on intestinal function, excellent appearance, texture, flavor and nutrient value, containing water-insoluble fibers derived from wheat flour. CONSTITUTION:The objective eggroll contains preferably 1.0-6.0wt.% water- insoluble fibers derived from wheat flour such as white bran. The egg roll is preferably frozen eggroll. |
