PURPOSE: To provide a spraying apparatus comprising a pressure chamber for holding spray pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure, a spray head including a manually operated distribution valve, and a distribution conduit communicated with the pressure chamber and the distribution valve. CONSTITUTION: Materials to be sprayed are distributed with a manually operated distribution valve. In order to avoid the use of propellants that are harmful to the environment, a spraying apparatus 1 comprising a supply chamber 16 containing materials to be sprayed and including a variable volume pressure chamber 15 is proposed. The variable volume pressure chamber 15 is connected to an operating means provided for increasing the volume of the pressure chamber 15, and thus for sucking up the material from the supply chamber 16 to the pressure chamber 15. Because the material in the pressure chamber 15 is kept under pressure by means of a pressurizing means, a check valve is disposed in a suction conduit 27 leading to the supply chamber 16. The materials can be sprayed with the spraying apparatus 1 without any harmful effects on the environment. In this case, a conventional spraying apparatus 1 is usable. |
