<p>PURPOSE:To provide a medical container base material excellent in flexibility and transparency and good in safety by using a copolymer composition of a crystalline polyolefine, a polyolefine or polystyrene thermoplastic elastomer and a benzilidene sorbitol group or benzilidene xylitol group. CONSTITUTION:A copolymer composition of a crystalline polyolefine polymer, a polyolefine or polystyrene thermoplastic elastomer, and a benzilidene sorbitol group or benzilidene xylitol group is used as the base material for a medical container. The base material is useful in forming a container for a physiological salt solution, electrolyte, a dextran forming agent, a mannitol forming agent, a sugar forming agent, an amino acid forming agent, and a liquid for peritoneum dialysis, and can also be used in forming a container for retaining blood platelets since it is excellent in gas permeability especially when LLDPE, PB-1 or Co-PB1 is employed as the crystalline polyolefine polymer.</p> |
