The machine is of the type having a wheel-mounted automotive chassis (A), with a minimum of two driving wheels, with at least one being steerable. According to the invention, the machine includes, at the front, a shield for inclining the non-divided pseudo-trunks and, at the rear, a tunnel chassis (2) which, having an upside-down U cross-section, is connected to the automotive chassis (A) by means (15-19) for adjusting its height and inclination towards the rear cutting plane of the inertial crusher which it supports. Said tunnel chassis has, in an upper part, a means (25) for rotating a substantially vertical shaft (28), at the lower end of which is wedged a flywheel (35) and, in the median part, a stationary bearing for an intermediate shaft (38), coaxial to the first, with its upper end being rotatingly connected to the flywheel (35), while on its lower end is wedged a circular plate (47) carrying at least two cutting blades (49) mounted to rotate freely on pivots.
