PURPOSE:To obtain a composition containing a mineral absorption promoter to facilitate absorption of mineral. CONSTITUTION:A composition comprises a decomposition of poly-gamma-glutamic acid as a mineral and a mineral absorption promoter. The composition is usable for foods and drinks in all states including a drink state, gelatinous state, solid state, granular or powdery state. The composition significantly promotes absorption of mineral.
