<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate operation of bringing a pinch roller in/from contact with a drive roller by simplifying the structure when a nip releasing structure is being provided on, a conveying roller device which is to be arranged on the paper sheet conveying passage. CONSTITUTION:With regard to a device composing a conveying roller device 30 by means of arranging a pinch roller 33 on a drive roller 31, the pinch roller 33 is supported through an oscillating shaft 35, a structure is provided for transmitting driving force from a driving device 40 through an electromagnetic clutch 45 provided on the oscillating shaft 35 and the pinch roller is made to make an oscillating action by utilizing the driving force. Further a stopper is arranged to regulate the oscillating angle of the oscillating shaft 35 and a torque limiter 46 is arranged on the oscillating shaft 35 so that a supporting arm 34 may not receive excessive rotating action when the nip is released.</p> |
