PURPOSE:To reduce the error of colorimetry, to enable continious monitoring and to perform color monitoring with high accuracy by comparing a plurality of color values numerically expressing the colors of a molten resin at an initial time with a plurality of the color values of the molten resin on and after the initial time to monitor a plurality of color values. CONSTITUTION:The colorimetric optical fiber cable 301 connected to the colorimetric window 21 provided to the die 2 of an extruder 202 and the monitor 31 connected to the colorimetric optical fiber cable 301 and comparing a plurality of the color values of a molten resin 202 at an initial time with a plurality of the color values of the molten resin 202 on and after the initial time are provided.
