PURPOSE:To provide a stabilizer for the phospholipid endoplasmic reticulum capable of suppressing the aggregation of the reticula and capable of stably dispersing the reticula in a soln. of protein, etc. CONSTITUTION:An oligosaccharide derivative having the polymerization degree of an integer of 3 to 20, formed by aldose and obtained by introducing a hydrophobic group at the anomer position of the reducing end group by amide coupling is used as the stabilizer for the phospholipid endoplasmic reticulum.
