The hollow lid (3) of the protective container (2) is connected to a lift-rotary mechanism which is flat parallel, has restricted lift action, rotates sideways, automatically rotates back and lowers. This mechanism comprises a lift rotary axis (5) which lifts and turns by a guide pin (14) in a cylinder guide (9) with linear spiral control curve. The axis is connected by a return spring (8) to the wall of the protective container and is coupled to an operating lever (4) fixed on the container. The operating lever (4) for opening and closing the hollow lid can be a pedal near the ground or connected to a handle rod (12) for manual operation.
