There is at least one feed hole (23), with a closure, in the turning plate (21) within the sleeve (2') to enable filling from the outside. There is also a hole in the carrier (17). The closure is formed as a base plate (25) which is connectable with the turning plate by a groove and notch connection (26-29). The inner end face (7) of the cover (4) is curved towards the outside and there is a curved seal (8) between the stick housing (2) and the cover inside surface. The carrier is shaped like a wheel and has pref. four equispaced holes. USE/ADVANTAGE - For lip care products, glue etc.. Provides for easy filling without a danger of over filling.
