The invention relates to a constant velocity joint for the transmission of rotation at high speeds and high powers, especially for motor vehicles, having a spring bellows with a central annular hole arranged between two parts of the joint and connected firmly in terms of rotation to these parts, and furthermore having an internal centring means with a spherical head which is arranged in a guide sleeve. To avoid high surface pressures, the spherical head is mounted in a bearing bush with a spherical-cup-shaped internal contour, the bearing bush being seated with the ability to slide axially in the guide sleeve.
