<p>A draw texturing machine comprises a first heater (13) for heating a yarn (Y), a false twisting device (14) for imparting twists to the yarn (Y), and a cooling plate (15), disposed between the first heater (13) and the false twisting device (14), for cooling the yarn (Y) which has been heated by the first heater (13) and for inhibiting vibration of the yarn (Y) so as to allow the yarn (Y) running stably. The cooling plate (15) is provided with a yarn threading groove member having a bottom portion (15a) with which the yarn (Y) runs in contact and wall portions (15b, 15c) connected to the bottom portion (15a) to form a concave opened downwardly. The wall portions (15b, 15c) of the yarn threading groove member are provided with a plurality of holes (30a, 30b, 30c), respectively. The bottom portion (15a) of the yarn threading groove member is provided with no holes. <IMAGE></p> |
