The flexible sealing system is for the gap between the fixed frame of a goods vehicle and a door or flap or horizontal cover. The sealing strip (6) is clamped into a groove (8) open towards the gap. The groove is formed in the frame (4) of the vehicle or in the part to be opened. The strip is hollow like a hose (7) such that it can be inflated from a compressed air source.
