PURPOSE:To prevent heat-cooling medium liquid from generating bubbles by injecting liquid of low viscosity before injecting heat-cooling medium liquid while performing replacement of air with liquid inside an airtight space. CONSTITUTION:An airtight space 21 formed of a face plate 2, the second airtight fixed part 10, a ring-shaped radiator 7, the first airtight fixed part 9 and a transparent plate body 6 is provided with an injection hole 15, which can be sealed with a screw 13. From the injection hole 15, liquid 31 such as water of low viscosity (viscosity p.s1.002X10<-3>) composed of ethylene glycol 80%, ethyl alcohol (viscosity p.s1.197X10<-3>) and methyl alcohol (viscosity p.s0.594X10<-3>) is injected into the airtight space 21 up to 5-10% of its volume for replacing air of a minute space with liquid 31. Thereby, it is desirable to give somewhat vibration. Next, after discharging the liquid 15 from the injection hole 15, heat-cooling medium liquid 11 is injected while airtightly sealing the injection hole 15 with a screw 13. Thereby, heat-cooling medium 11 generates no bubbles thus being able to efficiently manufacture a highly qualitative cathode-ray tube device for liquid-cooling type projection. |
