PURPOSE:To enhance image fastness and color reproducibility by forming on a support a red-sensitive emulsion layer contg. a specified phenol cyan coupler, a green-sensitive emulsion layer, and a blue-sensitive emulsion layer, and a nonphotosensitive layer. CONSTITUTION:The silver halide color photographic sensitive material is obtained by forming on the support at least one of each of the red-sensitive emulsion layer contg. a phenol cyan coupler substd. by an acylamino group at the 5-position and a ureido group at the 2-position, the green-sensitive emulsion layer, and the blue-sensitive emulsion layer, and one or more nonphotosensitive layers each contg. a diffusive DIR compd. are formed adjacent to these emulsion layers. Preferable cyan couplers are represented by the formula in which R<51> is alkyl, aryl, or the like; R<52> is H, alkyl, alkoxy, or the like; X<51> is a group releasable by the oxidation coupling with a developing agent; and n is an integer of 1-5. |
