The method for spinning the nylon 46 polymer having a relative viscosity larger than 40 comprises: spinning through the screw-type melt-extruder having long melting portion, and satisfying 2/3(L1+L3) <= L2 <= L1+L3, L3 <= L1 and 20<=L/D<=30 (L=L1+L2+L3) (where D: diameter of the screw (mm), L1: length of the feeding portion, L2: length of the transfer portion, L3: length of the measuring portion), through the spinneret; passing the spun polymer through the heating vessel placed just below the spinneret and filled with the inert gas; quenching; winding with the speed of 400-800 m/min; and drawing with the rate of 85-95 % against the break-draw-multiplying rate of the undrawn yarn.
