The network comprises the Y numbers of the flat loop connected with the X numbers of the switching devices; the global spherical network which establishes the X numbers of the top-bottom loop and the nodes of the flat loops; the node input (Ixy); the flat loop input; the node output (Oxy); the flat loop output; and the 3x3 switching device which has the top-bottom loop output.
