The invention relates to a physical form of N-[4-[5- (cyclopentyloxycarbonyl) amino-1-methylindol-3-ylmethyl]- 3-methoxybenzoyl]-2-methylbenzene sulphonamide which is virtually free from other physical forms, this physical form being crystalline, its powder having an X-ray diffraction diagram with specific peaks which occur at the values of 2θ=8.1, 13.7, 16.4, 20.5 and 23.7 degree and an infrared spectrum (0.15% in KBr) with well marked peaks at 3370, 1670, 1525, 1490, 1280, 890, 870 and 550 cm-1, and also relates to a process for its preparation and pharmaceutical compositions incorporating that physical form. The invention also relates to a fluidisable preparation of this physical form which has the appearance of smooth granules and also describes a process for obtaining this preparation.
