<p>A process is described for producing structured (textured) wallpapers, in which a structural paste is used which contains unagglutinated starch as organic filler. In addition to water, the structural paste also contains, as viscosity modifier, a PVC-free and plasticiser-free polymer dispersion and inorganic fillers. The structural paste can, furthermore, contain not yet crystalline sorbitol syrup, ethylene glycol and/or propylene glycol as processing retarders, paraffin dispersion as hydrophobic agent, and micro beads and/or micro balloons to increase the specific volume.</p> |
