The method comprises; (a) adding filler and oleic acid salt to liq. natural latex, and agitating and foaming it; (b) adding the sulfuric dispersing solvent and the zinc oxide dispersing solvent to foamed natural latex; (c) adding sodium fluoro silicate as a solidifying agent to it and; (d) heating, vulcanizing and molding it in water. Pref. the filler is calcium carbonate (CaCO3), Cray or Talc. The surfuric solvent consists of 48 % sulfur, 1.5 % zinc diethuldithio carbonate, 0.5 % zinc salt of 2- mercaptobenzothiazole and 50 % water. The zinc oxide solvent consists of 50 % zinc oxide and 50 % water.
