A metallizing paste, which is printed on ceramic green sheet and metallized during sintering, is composed of tungsten and/or molybdenium metallic powders having high melting point and 0.01 30 wt.% of fly ash comprising 20˜70 wt.% SiO2, 10˜40 wt.% Al2O3, 1˜10 wt.% CaO and 1˜10 wt.% MgO. The particle size of the fly ash is less than 5 μm. It has good adhesion strength at 1,300 because the glass like fly ash gives an adhesion of ceramic layer and metallized paste, and sintering rate of high melting metal(W,Mo) is accelerated.
