The circuit which is connected with resistors (R11,R12), transistors (Q11-Q15), a diode (D11), and a diode (D12) in series has a temperature compensating diode (D13) which is connected with diode (D12) in series and a temperature compensating diode (14) which is connected with the lower part connected with collector of transistor (Q12) and base of transistor (Q11). The diode (D12) and the resistor (R12) are connected with load parallelly. The circuit has the advantage of obtaining stable operation to be used for portable electronic products (ex. lap top computer, cam coder etc.), and applied to high accurate integrated circuit design.
