PURPOSE:To prevent a conductive material migrating into a magnetic layer in manufacturing for a ceramic-magnetic layer past, by using an organic solvent as a wet grinding solvent for grinding a calcined material to produce ferrite raw powder in a wet grinding step. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic inductance part has an inductance chip body, in which a laminated ceramic magnetic layer is piled with an inner conductor. Addition to this case, a complex laminated part including at least the inductance chip body is provided. When a cross-sectional picture of the ceramic magnetic layer, which contains ferrite and an Ag-based inner conductor, is taken through a transmission electron microscope, there are no striped patterns of a ferrite crystal grain in a circular shape extended over the other adjoining crystal grains. As for a magnet-ceramic layer past for these ceramic inductance parts, an organic solvent is used as a grinding solvent to grind a calcined material in a wet grinding step. Consequently, an inductance part with good electromagnetic characteristics can be obtained. |
