PURPOSE:To provide a heat resistant insulating cable that can be used under an environment of high temperature by providing a baked layer to which an inorganic polymer coating is applied, on the outer periphery of a base, and by providing a polyphosphagen resin layer on the outer periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION:An inorganic polymer (such as polyborosiloxane) and an inorganic filler (such as magnesium oxide) are dissolved or dispersed in an organic solvent (such as xylene) until an appropriate viscosity is achieved, and this is applied to the outer periphery of a conductor (such as Ni or Ag wire), which is baked at approximately 400-600 deg.C, and a pasted/bake layer of approximately 10-50mu is formed. An organic solvent solution of phosphagen compound is applied to the outer periphery of the baked layer, and is dried and is hardened by ultraviolet ray, and a polyphosphagen resin layer of approximately 3-15mu is provided. A heat resistant insulating cable, which can be used under a high temperature of approximately 400 deg.C, and which does not cause damage to or peeling of the film even when the cable is used for automatic coil winding, is thus provided. |
