PURPOSE:To prevent the breaking of power transistor modules by generated heat, by connecting thermal reed switched in series which detects the temperature of the power transistor modules of inverter devices of a plurality of systems. CONSTITUTION:Thermal reed switches 6a and 6b are connected in series to an inverter protecting circuit 8, and it is possible to detect the unconduction by the inverter protecting circuit 8, when even one of them becomes unconductive. Namely, if one of the power transistor modules 5a and 5b of the inverter devices 2a and 2b generates heat abnormally, one of the thermal reed switches 6a and 6b connected in series becomes unconductive, and the inverter protecting circuit 8 operates and the operation of inverter devices 2a and 2b is stopped. Consequently, it becomes possible to protect the power transistors 5a and 5b from being broken by heat generated. |
