PURPOSE:To elevate a heat-resisting property of the entire product and to enhance reliability of products by a method wherein a current collector at both ends of a multilayered body of a basic element is thicker than that of the other elements. CONSTITUTION:A basic element 3 comprising a gasket 1 and a current collector 2 is accumulated to constitute a multilayered body 4. A current collector 21 of a basic element on the outermost side is thicker than the other current collectors. Thus, heat conduction through a terminal from a mounting substrate and heat radiation through a metallic case therefrom are made lower and a temperature distribution of each element of the laminated body can be uniform and a heat-resisting property of the entire product is elevated, whereby reliability of products can be enhanced. |
