<p>PURPOSE:To provide a power supply voltage detecting circuit whose output waveform does not deteriorated and capable of taking the long delay time at the time of rising of the power supply while making a reset at once at the time of falling of the power supply without requiring the exterior parts. CONSTITUTION:The semiconductor is provided with a power supply voltage detecting device 1, oscillator 2, timer circuit (counter 3), and AND circuit 4, applies the power voltage to the power supply voltage detecting device 1 and to the oscillator 2, outputs the output of the power voltage detecting device 1 to the reset input of the timer circuit (counter 3) and to one input of the AND circuit, outputs the output of the oscillator 2 to the clock input of the timer circuit (counter 3), outputs the output of the timer circuit (counter 3) to the other input of the AND circuit 4, and outputs the output of the AND circuit 4 to the outside.</p> |
