PURPOSE:To prepare a document easy to read by judging the content of a text at the end of a paragraph as a Japanese language text, and changing the shaping result of the final line of the paragraph. CONSTITUTION:A control part 12 sends the text to a document shaping part 16 at every paragraph, and performs the shaping of the text. The document shaping part 16 performs adjusting processing to shift the final line of the paragraph to the front, or to expel it within four characters when three or less characters remain on the final line. When the shaping of the paragraph is performed, the document content of the paragraph is sent to a punctuation inspecting part 17 for adjustment. The punctuation inspecting part 17 judges whether or not a punctuation (.) or (,) exists at the end of the text, and changes the number of characters for paragraph adjustment (within three characters) to two characters when no punctuation exists as a result of judgment. The document shaping part 16 further adjusts the shaping result of the paragraph based on the result, and performs display on a display part 14, or prints the document via a print part 15. |
