PURPOSE:To develop and print-output a graphic pattern by succeeding shape on a display screen in a documentation device provided with a graphic preparing function. CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a character data storage part 18 which stores format data including the character pitch information and line pitch information of a prepared document, a graphic data storage part 16 which stores graphic data in accordance with the prepared document of the format data stored in the character data storage part 18, and a print control part 23 which reads out the prescribed position of a graphic area in the prepared document of the graphic data stored in the graphic data storage part 16, for example, the character pitch information and the line pitch information at the leading position from the character data storage part 18 and performs print-output by developing the pattern of the graphic data stored in the graphic data storage part 16 setting the leading position as reference based on obtained character pitch information and line pitch information. |
