The plywood board comprises an upper board (1), a lower board (2) and an intermediate board (3) sandwiched between the upper and lower boards and they are all stuck together. The intermediate board is cut in the transversal and longitudinal directions in an alternate manner. The upper and lower boards are cut from a log and any flawed pieces are used as the intermediate layer which is positioned in the transverse direction and longitudinal direction alternately. The boards are all glued together by means of an adhesive. ADVANTAGE- Uses all of the original wood in its prodn.
