The installation consists of a press, conveyors to transport the blanks and a palletisation point. The press (10) and the shears form and cut the blanks at the fabrication and cutting stages (F , E). The blanks then pass along the two conveyors (8 , 9), with both permanent (8c , 9c) and electro- (9d) magnets. At the end of the conveyor (D), the blanks are deposited into a holding store (12), which is designed to hold the blanks (1), during the changeover of the pallets. The holding store is formed by four fingers (5) mounted on pullers (4), controlled by a pneumatic jack (6). The four fingers are retracted during palletisation and are used to support the blanks during the changeover of pallets. USE/ADVANTAGE - It provides a simple construction to enable the presses to be run continuously, during changeover of pallets.
