<p>PURPOSE:To use an output terminal for controlling an LCD switching to a normal output terminal by switching the operation transferring the data of the data memory part of a prescribed address to an output terminal part and the operation allocating the data of the data memory part of a specified address to the output terminal part one by one bit and transferring, by a mode signal. CONSTITUTION:A mode selection part 14 is so constituted that two NAND circuits are connected to the input side of one NAND circuit. A mode signal line 15 is connected to one side input end of the NAND circuits 16-19 of the mode selection part 14 and connected to the input end of the NAND circuits 20-23 through a NOT circuit. By the mode selection part 14, the operation transferring the data of the data memory parts 1-4 of the prescribed address decided at every terminal transferred from data selection parts 10-13 to the output terminal parts 24-27 with the mode signal line 15 and the operation allocating the data of the data memory part 1 of the specified address to the output terminal parts 24-27 one by one bit and transferring it, is switched.</p> |
