PURPOSE:To improve rising characteristics and stability by providing a temperature compensation function to an one-touch exchangeable wavelength selector mount in a gas laser oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A mirror and prism fixing part (holder 14) and a support mounting part 16 which are integrally formed conventionally are separated. By this, the mirror and prism fixing part 14 is connected to the support mounting part 16 through a plurality of metal screws 15 and 15' (or bar) having a different thermal expansion coefficient. Using the difference between a plurality of the metals in thermal expansion coefficient, a temperature is compensated, and rising and stability characteristics are improved. |
