MANUFACTURE OF MAGNETIC CIRCUIT COMPONENT AND MOLD THEREFOR

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a magnetic circuit component for a speaker, etc., which is made by molding a center magnetic yoke placed inside a ring magnet and the ring magnet into one body without generating a crack in the ring magnet. CONSTITUTION:With application of pressure radially by a ring holder presser 6 from outside of a ring magnet 1 through a ring holder 5, a compound 13 put into the inside of the ring magnet 1 is molded by application of pressure axially by a lower punch 8 and an upper punch 9 to form a center magnetic yoke 2. By molding the ring magnet 1 and the center magnetic yoke 2 into one body, there is no crack appearing in the ring magnet 1 and the ring magnet 1 and the center magnetic yoke 2 can be joined with no space formed between.
