<p>PURPOSE:To form a product production plan in a batch plant without depending on a professional, and also, together with a production sequence. CONSTITUTION:By a process division processing part 11, all processes are divided into plural process groups by setting a buffer process as a boundary, and by a neck process determination processing part 21, a neck process in which there are many operation rates and constraint conditions in all the processes is derived by referring to operation actual result data and constraint condition data. Subsequently, by a neck process manufacturing sequence determination processing part 22, order, constraint data, equipment/resources data, etc., are referred to, and a manufacturing sequence in each device (tank) of the neck process is determined so as to satisfy various constraint conditions (time of delivery, etc.). Thereafter, by a process group manufacturing sequence determination processing part 23, the manufacturing sequence in each process group is determined based on the manufacturing sequence of the neck process, and in the case a failure is generated at the time of manufacturing by the determined manufacturing sequence, the manufacturing sequence of the process group in which the failure is generated is adjusted by a manufacturing sequence adjustment processing part 24.</p> |
