PURPOSE:To make a complete well-ordered winding possible by eliminating a bend of a terminal pin or a torsion of a wire rod at the time of winding and rolling. CONSTITUTION:A rotary unit section composed of a rotary shaft 5 which holds a bobbin 14 for taking up a wire rod 7, a fixed chuck 16 for holding the wire rod 7, and a movable chuck 15 which can rotate synchronously with the shaft 5, a nozzle section which holds the rotary unit section movably and which guides the wire rod 7 in the movement range of the rotary unit section, a wire fixing section, a wiring section, a rolling pin rotating section, and a taping section are located. By this structure, the wire rod 7 is held by the movable chuck 15 and the fixed chuck 16 both at the start of winding and at the end of winding and no load is applied to a terminal pin, and so a bend of a terminal pin or a torsion of the wire rod 7 can be prevented. |
