PURPOSE:To effectively utilize time division sections as many as free channels by outputting an arithmetic signal such as an effect signal for giving effect in the time division sections as many as the free channels. CONSTITUTION:A musical sound signal generating device 12 which generates digital musical sound signals as many as up to N sound generation channels and an output device 14 which assigns the digital signals outputted from the musical sound generating device 12 to the time division sections obtained by dividing a single-sampling time by N and outputs them are connected to a controller 10 through a bus. Those musical sound signal generating device 12 and output device 14 are digital signal processors (DSP) and controlled by the CPU 10A of the controller 10. Further, a digital-to-analog (D/A) converter 16 is connected to the output device 14 through the bus and the time-divided digital musical sound signals are inputted from the output device 14. |
