PURPOSE:To prevent the creation of closed space caused by the fusion of the fellow particles at the initial stage of sintering by soaking coprecipitating ferrite material used as a starting material in alkaline solution. CONSTITUTION:The coprecipitating ferrite material used as a starting material is one being composed by the coprecipitating reaction by the addition of alkaline solution in aqueous solution being adjusted so that the water soluble salt such as Mn<2+>, Zn<2+>, Fe<2+>, Fe<3+>, etc., may be of specified composition, the oxidative reaction of this coprecipitation, etc. And, this coprecipitating ferrite material is soaked in alkaline aqueous solution. Hereby, the quantity of hydroxyl groups existing on the surface of the coprecipitating ferrite material decrease, so the fellow particles are prevented from being fused on the first stage of baking, and a minute-grain-diameter and highly dense sintered substance can be gotten. |
