PURPOSE:To attain the notable light weight structure and high performances by a method wherein an inversely erected multiple pin type heat sink is composed of the radiating surface of heat absorbing metallic flat plate bristled with multiple radiating pin groups while the radiating pins are formed by bending long wire rod such as fine tube heat pipe, etc., in I-shape. CONSTITUTION:A long wire rod (e.g. a zigzag fine heat pipe) is bent in I-shape at specific intervals to prepare a long belt comprising multiple I-shape pin groups 2-1 contiouously formed in the long direction. Next, this long belt is wound up e.g. in an eddy shape to constitute a high density integrated body comprising I-shape pins so as to constitute the title inversely erected multiple pin type heat sink by arranging this integrated body on the radiating surface 1-2 of a heat absorbing metallic flat plate 1 in an LSI package etc. At this time, as for the long wire rod, a nickel plated aluminum fine wire is preferably used, on the other hand, the heat absorbing metallic flat plate is formed of a nickel plated aluminum flat plate. |
