PURPOSE:To allow conference participants to identify who is speaking at present. CONSTITUTION:A central control unit 24 requests the sound pressure level information of multifunction telephone sets connected at present to the subscriber's circuits 16-20 of multifunction telephone sets 11-15 in a conference speech in a fixed time cycle, identifies the sound pressure information larger than a constant level among the collected sound pressure level information, and turns on lamps for the conference speech corresponding to the constant number of multifunction telephone sets among the lamps provided at the multifunction telephone sets 11-15 participating in the conference, in the order of the high sound pressure level from the identified result. Also, when the multifunction telephone sets participating the conference are equipped with display devices, operator name information corresponding to the constant number of multifunction telephone sets is read from a telephone set operator name information storage part 26 in a storage device 25 in the order of the high sound pressure level, and displayed at a reading display device. |
