An industrial cleaning machine has two or more arms (1,2) articulated about a common pivot element (3), a fixing plate (4) which can pivot about the free end (5) of one of the arms, a blocking device (6) for fixing the relative position of the arms at will and, at the free end (7) of the other arm, a lance holder (8), in which a high pressure lance (14) can slide. USE/ADVANTAGE - For high pressure jet cleaning of tubing and similar elements, e.g. heat exchangers. It provides high cleaning efficiency and high operator safety.
