<p>PURPOSE:To easily move an object or change its attitude on a display while feeling actually the three-dimensional operation of the object by detecting the direction of the three-dimensional displacement of a held upper casing body to a lower casing body. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with the upper casing body 1 which can be held, the lower casing body 2 which is set at a fixed position, an elastic member 3 which displaceably supports the body 1 to the body 2, and a displacement detecting means like a switch terminal 7 or a common electrode 5 which is provided in relation to both bodies 1 and 2 and detects the direction of the three-dimensional displacement of the held body 1 to the body 2. Then, the body 1 is held in an initial state where the body 2 is kept at a fixed position and the body 1 is relatively displaced to the body 2 via the member 3 which supports the body 1. Thus, the displacing directions of the body 1 are sequentially sent to a host computer via a displacement detecting means. Meanwhile, the host computer shows the operation on a display in response to the received displacement detecting signal and based on the command given from a command transmitter means.</p> |
