PURPOSE:To effectively connect a side face electrode to an inner conductor when a laminated ceramic board is manufactured and to eliminate blow-off of the conductor when it is baked at a melting point or higher of the conductor by disposing the conductor on a green sheet, disposing another green sheet thereon, forming a groove at a predetermined position of thus formed board, baking it and dividing it, after baking, from the groove. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined number of green sheets GS which are larger and thinner than one laminated ceramic board are laminated, pastelike inner conductor L1 is printed thereon, and another green sheet GS is superposed thereon. This is repeated, viaholes for connecting the sheets GS to each other are formed by printing in the steps, another inner conductor L2 is printed, and the sheet GS is superposed thereon. The conductors L1, L2 are disposed at positions deeper than the depth of a groove D. |
