The bobbin of synthetic material, such as for winding ribbons or yanrs and the like, has removable projecting disc (2) sections at the ends of the tubular core (1) held by radial projections (4) within recesses (5), open axially in only one direction in relation to the core (1). The disc units (2) are locked against the core (1) ends by a spring (6) at the disc sides, or integrated into them. The core wall has cut-outs (7) to allow the projections to be moved into a locked position as the disc ends are assembled, for the spring (6) to assert a locking action. USE/ADVANTAGE - The winding bobbin is easily assembled and dismantled, and simplifies the carriage or recycling of empty bobbins.
