PURPOSE:To dispense with a separate output of a bill and a paying-in slip by calculating a charge at a point of the time when meter inspected data is inputted to a portable terminal, issuing immediately the bill together with eht paying-in slip and simultaneously collecting money. CONSTITUTION:Sales/money received data 3, 4, 6 and 7 of a main system 1 and a sales management system 5 are imparted and received mutually by utilizing a code converting file 2 and a code converting program 8/9. That is, meter inspected data is inputted to a portable terminal(POT), a charge calculation is executed, a bill is issed, a check is executed, and when memory is received, a paying-in slip is also issued. Subsequently, inputted meter inspected data, delivery data, sales/money received data, and sales/money received data of other system are retained, respectively, a delivery predictive calculation is executed from the meter inspected data and the delivery data, and a delivery slip is outputted. Also, various data retained already are reflected by the charge calculation, the delivery predictive calculation is executed, based on the meter inspected data and the delivery data, and the delivery slip is outputted. |
