<p>A fluoroelastomer composition essentially comprising: (A) a peroxide-curable fluoroelastomer containing iodine and/or bromine functioning as a cross-linking point, (B) an organic peroxide, (C) a cocross-linking agent, and (D) a hydrotalcite compound or a product of firing thereof. The composition is remarkably improved in compression set resistance and cure bondability while it has excellent tensile characteristics and thermal and chemical resistances comparable to those of well-known conventional peroxide-curable fluoroelastomers. Thus it is suitable for producing 0 rings, gaskets, oil seals and so forth.</p> |
